WHICH METALS ARE JENN'S DESIGNS AVAILABLE IN? STERLING, GOLD, PLATINUM: All pricing on site is retail and based upon sterling silver jewelry... contact us for 14k, 18k, 22k gold and platinum pricing. Prices based upon market value of metals at the time your order is processed. DOES JENNSJEWELS.COM OFFER A WARRANTY WITH PURCHASES? YES! High quality craftsmanship and design... all jewelry purchases from JennsJewels.com include a 2 year warranty against defects due to materials, workmanship or normal wear - defective item will be repaired for FREE or replaced. This warranty does not cover stone replacement, loss or damage... so if your stone is loose please discontinue wearing your piece until it may be serviced by myself or another jeweler. Alterations and repairs after the warranty period will gladly be performed for a small fee, with shipping and handling to be paid by the client. A money back guarantee is offered for items returned unworn, tagged and in original packaging within 10 days of receipt... after this time you may be given an in store credit towards another piece of jewelry. This may be used at any time and may also be transferred to a gift certificate. WHAT ABOUT REPAIRING JEWELRY PURCHASED ELSEWHERE? YES... when possible We do ring sizing, restringing/knotting, alterations and stone replacement... feel free to drop a line to discuss! If unable to help you, we'll try to refer you to another reputable craftsperson. DOES JENN PROVIDE ENGRAVING SERVICES? YES! Engraving is FREE on items purchased from Jenn, when using electric engraving pen and handwritten script. If you would like machine engraving or ornate, hand engraved, scroll work this must be shipped out (still learning)... the fee will be determined upon receiving request... If you'd like a short message, monogram, love note, baby name, wedding date, poem or even a phrase from song lyrics engraved upon your jewelry order (space permitting)... just enter exact phrase in the text entry box when completing your order form. (Please double check your spelling and/or dates and please keep messages as short as possible.)
