WHICH METALS CAN JENN WORK WITH?

STERLING, GOLD, PLATINUM: All pricing on site is retail and based upon sterling silver jewelry, unless otherwise indicated... I'd love to speak with you regarding my pieces in 14k, 18k gold or platinum . Prices will be based upon market value of metals at the time order is processed.

DOES JENNDEWEY.COM OFFER A WARRANTY WITH PURCHASES?

High quality craftsmanship and design... all jewelry purchases from jennsjewels.com are covered against defects in materials & workmanship - defective item will be repaired for FREE or replaced. This warranty does not cover stone replacement, loss or damage. A 10 day money back guarantee is offered for non-custom items returned in original packaging and unworn, in new condition. This is not applicable for custom designed pieces. Alterations and repairs due to normal wear, or damage, will gladly be performed for a small fee... when repair is possible.

WILL JENN DO CUSTOM WORK BASED UPON MY IDEAS?

I do accept somecommissions, custom design projects and repairs on a project by project basis... Custom designs, such as fine bridal and debutante tiaras or unique engagement rings, require a production time to approve designs and gems with you, carve waxes or build, size, polish and set stones. Email me with your design ideas, metal preferences, gemstone preferences, date item must be completed and, if possible, your budget range for each piece of jewelry. Please include your email address and phone number, with best time to reach you. I'll then contact you to discuss further and determine if your project can be completed within time frame and budget given. I'll then email drawings and cost options... if the project is agreed upon by all parties, a 50% payment is required to begin. Upon completion and receipt of emailed photos, and prior to shipping, the final 50% will be due. Once the client receives his/her custom jewelry, if not satisfied the piece(s) may be returned for alterations (when possible) or a refund for the cost of materials used. Unfortunately, I am not able to refund labor and shipping fees for custom pieces.

WHAT ABOUT REPAIRING JEWELRY & WATCHES PURCHASED ELSEWHERE? I generally make it a rule to only repair pieces which I have made. I will consider taking in certain repairs if the original maker is unknown or no longer available.
I provide ring sizing, restringing/knotting of necklaces/bracelets, alterations and stone replacement, and recycling/melting down of your old gold to create a new piece of jewelery... feel free to drop me a line to discuss!
